1. Clinical Disclaimer
The content provided on this website is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition.
2. Counselling Services
Counselling involves a collaborative relationship between the therapist and the client. While therapy can bring significant benefits, it also requires active effort on your part and may involve discussing difficult aspects of your life. There are no guarantees of specific outcomes.
3. Fees and Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. This allows us to offer the time to another client.
- Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the standard session rate.
- Non-Attendance: Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("no-show") will incur the full session fee.
Payment is required on the day of your session. We accept card payments, bank transfers, and PayID.
4. Confidentiality
Your privacy is strictly protected. However, as mandated by Australian law and professional ethical guidelines, confidentiality may be breached if there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, or in cases of mandatory reporting. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
