My Practice
Therapeutic approaches
At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful change happens within a safe, supportive, and collaborative relationship. I take the time to understand who you are, what matters to you, and the challenges you are facing, tailoring therapy to best support your individual journey.
Integrative Approach
I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and person-centred psychotherapy, while incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy (NT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) when appropriate.

Honouring your personal path to wellbeing
where you can be heard, feel understood, and move forward at your own pace.
